About Mission Creek Alliance Church

Mission Creek Alliance (MCA) Church is a multigenerational community in Kelowna, BC shaped by the everyday way of Jesus. Our heart is simple: to encounter Jesus, to be empowered by Him, and to carry that way of life into our city and beyond. We are a church that values discipleship, belonging, prayer, and genuine community. We desire to be a church where people feel known, valued, connected, and equipped to live out their missional calling in everyday life as disciples of Jesus.

As we look to the future, we are especially passionate about helping young families build meaningful rhythms of faith, connection, and discipleship in the midst of everyday life.We believe meaningful discipleship happens through authentic relationships, everyday faithfulness, and communities where people are genuinely known and loved.

We are a collaborative, egalitarian staff team that values humility, creativity, spiritual depth, and healthy relationships. We are looking for leaders who are excited to build ministry alongside others and help shape the future of discipleship and community at MCA Church.
