Weyburn Free Methodist Church is looking for a full-time Associate Pastor who is eager to learn, grow, serve, and help people seek Jesus and serve others.
We’re intentionally leaving this position somewhat open-ended.
We believe God gives people different gifts, passions, and strengths—and we’re interested in discovering how yours might fit within the life and ministry of WFMC.
Perhaps you’re passionate about youth. Maybe you’re energized by young adults, worship, discipleship, outreach, evangelism, pastoral care, preaching, or helping people take their next steps with Jesus.
Our hope is to find someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and wants to use their gifts to help our church become a flourishing community where everyone seeks Jesus.
You don’t have to fit a particular ministry box. We’re willing to shape the role around the right person and their gifts and strengths.

The Associate Pastor will report to and work closely with the Lead Pastor, while collaborating with staff and volunteers to help advance the vision and ministry of Weyburn Free Methodist Church.
