Associate Pastor

Overview

Weyburn Free Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor who is eager to learn, grow, and serve in the life of the local church, with a primary focus on youth ministry.

WFMC has a long-standing commitment to children and youth and is excited to support fresh initiatives and creative strategies that will help young people, the church family, and the broader Weyburn community seek Jesus.   The Associate Youth Pastor will provide leadership for all WFMC youth ministries (Grades 6–12). As the youth ministry develops and grows, this pastor will also contribute in other areas aligned with their gifts and strengths, such as musical worship, young adults or outreach and evangelism. The Associate Youth Pastor will report to and collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor, working together to advance the vision of WFMC.
