Educational Leader (Grades 7–12)

Springfield School is seeking an experienced and committed educational leader to serve as Educational Leader (Grades 7–12).

Qualifications

Master’s degree (minimum) in Education or a related field
Proven leadership experience in a secondary school (Grades 7–12)
Strong experience with the Cambridge curriculum (preferred)
Experience with IB programmes considered an advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Native-level English speaker

 

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the Secondary School (Grades 7–12)
Support and develop teachers to achieve high academic standards
Oversee curriculum implementation and student progress
Foster a positive learning culture
Work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen the school’s mission and vision
