Wilderness Director

Overview

This position combines the year round job of Year Round Crew with the WilderNess Director job.

Our Year Round Crew work towards completing Ness Lake Bible Camp’s goals of serving guest groups with excellence, aiding in the preparation of the property & program for summer camp and, helping with minor and major ongoing projects.

Our WilderNess Director has the chance to run our bush camp with up to 40 campers a week in the summer. With no running water or electricity, you have the opportunity to bring things back to the basics while also running specific, focused camps like our Paintball Adrenaline Camp or our Expedition Camp, which will take you and your campers on adventures in Northern BC.

While we’d love this to be a year round position, there may be the opportunity for it to be filled by someone available mid-April to the end of August.
