Overview

Moncton First Church of the Nazarene is seeking a prayerful, Biblical, and relational Lead Pastor to shepherd an established congregation into its next season of ministry and mission.

Located in the growing Greater Moncton region of New Brunswick, Moncton First is an established congregation with a strong spiritual foundation, committed lay leadership, financial stability, and meaningful ministry among children and youth. The church values prayer, Biblical preaching, pastoral care, discipleship, and authentic Christian community.

Moncton First is entering an important season of transition and is poised and willing to make significant changes in its future mission and direction.  The congregation is seeking a relational shepherd with catalytic leadership capacity who can build trust, develop and release leaders, strengthen ministry across generations, and help move the church toward greater evangelism, community engagement, and missional impact.
