Position Title: Social Media Coordinator
Overview:
The Social Media Coordinator will support MOMS Canada’s online presence by creating content, sharing stories, and engaging with the community through digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design graphics, posts, and short videos using Canva
Write captions and schedule content for social media platforms
Capture and edit basic photos or video clips
Assist with visuals for newsletters and blog posts
Monitor engagement and track basic analytics
Contribute ideas for content and campaigns
Skills Gained:
Social media, graphic design, communication, creativity, digital tools, teamwork
Position Details & Eligibility:
9-week placement | 30 hours per week
Start date: May/June 2026
These positions are funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program. Applicants must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment, be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person granted refugee status, and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
