Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of MOMS Canada and help ensure programs and outreach run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records in CRM (Maximizer)
Assist with mail-outs, materials, and correspondence
Organize digital and physical files
Support the MOMS Store (orders, inventory, tracking)
Help coordinate meetings and prepare materials
Provide general administrative and communication support
Skills Gained:
Organization, communication, digital skills, client service, problem solving, teamwork
Position Details & Eligibility:
9-week placement | 30 hours per week
Start date: May/June 2026
These positions are funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program. Applicants must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment, be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person granted refugee status, and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
