Overview

This position is intended to provide opportunities for those pursuing ministry to explore their calling. As such, responsibilities will be tailored to the successful applicant based on their abilities, skills, and which church related programs they would like to gain more experience in.

The three main areas of work at the church fall into three broad categories (specific duties are listed below each):

Music and Digital Media (including broadcasting)

  • Leading Worship
  • Music mixing and audio production
  • Video recording and streaming

Children and Youth

  • Teaching elementary aged children
  • Planning and running day camps for elementary aged children
  • Planning and running a youth program
  • Speaking at Youth meetings

Leadership, Mentoring and Preaching

  • Working with a board of directors
  • Leading leaders
  • Visiting seniors and shut-ins
  • Preaching.
