Overview

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to work outdoors at gas station locations, representing Canadian Tire Financial Products, one of Canada’s most trusted brands.

Schedule
Flexible seasonal contract between April and September 2026
Contracts available from May to August 2026
Full-time and part-time opportunities
Opportunity to continue working with Kognitive after the seasonal contract

Responsibilities
Work outdoors at assigned gas stations locations within Calgary
Educate customers on financial product features and benefits
Drive sales, customer sign-ups, and brand awareness
Deliver exceptional customer service
Build positive relationships with gas station staff
Handle customer information professionally and confidentially

Keys to Success
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Confident, engaging communicator
Sales or customer service experience (asset)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to complete a criminal background check
Access to a reliable vehicle (asset)

Compensation
$17.50/hour base wage + uncapped commission
