About the Role

Epic Roofing & Exteriors is looking for energetic, dependable, and professional summer students to support a neighbourhood outreach campaign in Calgary. This role focuses on connecting with homeowners door-to-door, introducing them to our company, and helping generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with people, enjoys working outdoors, and can represent the company with a friendly and respectful attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in a professional, respectful way.
  • Introduce Epic Roofing & Exteriors, explain our services, and help create interest in future follow-up.
  • Identify and record potential leads accurately for the sales team.
  • Share feedback from conversations in the field so messaging and outreach can improve over time.

Be available for one of the following part-time summer schedules:

  1. Option 1: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (12 hours per week).
  2. Option 2: Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (16 hours per week).

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional presence.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work evening and weekend shifts during the summer.
  • Sales, customer service, athletics, or outreach experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a full Class 5 license; candidates with a GDL maybe considered if they own or have reliable access to a vehicle and can drive for work purposes.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour, plus $5.00 for each converted lead.
