Overview
The Interim Youth Coordinator (0.75 FTE) serves as a key leader alongside the Youth Pastor, leading Life Groups, developing and caring for leaders, overseeing ministry programming beyond youth nights, and taking ownership of the special events that shape our ministry year. Candidates must be committed to discipling others and gifted in developing leaders, with the capacity to move initiatives from planning through to execution.
