About the Role
We’re a busy professional family led by two tech executives (CEO & VP of Revenue at a Series B AI company) with one 8-year-old son. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Family Assistant to help manage household and family logistics.

This is not a corporate assistant role — it’s about supporting our family with day-to-day needs such as scheduling, travel coordination, and event planning. The role is ideal for a student or recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related field who enjoys problem-solving, managing details, and using technology to stay organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Logistics: Book medical appointments, coordinate car servicing/insurance, manage household service providers.
  • Travel Planning: Research and book flights, accommodations (including using travel points), and family vacations.
  • Event Support: Assist with family events, including planning a milestone 50th birthday party.
  • Household Administration: Help with returns, coordinate tax/legal appointments, and manage light documentation.
  • Research & Errands: From finding a tutor to exploring children’s activities, and occasional help driving our son to activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Business, Commerce, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Suite, calendars, travel platforms).
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional tasks.
