Overview
We are searching for a pioneering Campus Worker Lead who will establish a missional and discipling community on the campus of the University of Northern British Columbia. They would lead a leadership team of student volunteers, with the future potential of recruiting and managing a multi-staff team. They would provide pastoral care to university students, encourage growth and maturity in discipleship to Jesus, participate in effective outreach and service to the campus, contribute to community building events and develop new initiatives as needed.
