Lead Pastor

Overview

Trinity Mennonite Church is situated in south Calgary, the fastest growing major city in Canada, located in the foothills at the base of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. We are a small but vibrant congregation of approximately 35 to 40 in attendance for worship. We are seeking a PASTOR (.5 – 1.0 FTE) starting in early 2026.

We welcome candidates with demonstrated leadership gifts in at least two of the following: preaching, worship and worship music, community outreach, and pastoral care. We would consider non-traditional pastoral roles: bi-vocational pastors, second-career pastors or shared ministries. Candidates should hold views consistent with an Anabaptist-Mennonite understanding of faith, and the ability to engage meaningfully with a multigenerational and multicultural congregation.
