Part Time Pastor

Overview

The Simcoe Gospel Chapel is currently in search of a part-time Pastor.

The Pastor will be the primary spiritual and administrative leader of the Church.  The Pastor is responsible for the oversight and efficiency of all ministerial

work done in service of the Church’s mission ensuring that volunteers and staff continue to be united in love and truth as they serve God’s vision and

represent God’s values.

The Pastor is not only to perform ministry work, but must also guide, lead and disciple others, raising and developing spiritual leaders who are capable of

disciplining others in turn.

The Pastor will also be responsible for the administrative oversight of the function of the Church and the management of all Church staff.

The Pastor will report to the Board of Directors.
