Alberta Field Director

One Hope Canada is seeking a Field Director to encourage, equip, and direct our Ministry Points and Community Ministries in the Province of Alberta.
This is no ordinary leadership role—it’s a high-calling adventure in servant leadership. If you are passionate about sharing the Gospel and you thrive on investing in people, problem-solving, and growing ministries that reach children and youth, you might be the person we’re looking for.

As Field Director for Alberta, you will:
● Encourage ministry leaders and teams across the province, helping them grow spiritually and practically.
● Equip camp and community ministries by offering hands-on support, guidance, and resources.
● Direct the mission of One Hope Canada in Alberta through visionary oversight, leadership development, and operational accountability.
