Overview
Are you interested in exploring vocational ministry? A summer internship at HCC could be a great way to start.
The internship may include but is not limited to: children’s ministry, day camp, church administration, small groups and worship.
The goal of this program is to enhance the ministry of HCC as well as provide an opportunity for hands-on learning for our intern. Therefore there is flexibility to shape the internship to match your interests. For example, if you want to strengthen your teaching, we would be happy to provide mentorship in that area. If you are interested in music, we are happy to give you an opportunity to serve in worship ministry. We want you to leave your internship better equipped for a lifetime of ministry.
Demonstrated Qualities & Experiences:
- Mature follower of Christ with a vibrant faith
- Commitment to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20)
- Commitment to the theology, mission and values of Canadian Church of God Ministries: https://www.ccogm.ca/beliefs
- Experience (paid or volunteer) serving and leading children, youth or family ministry
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Current and clear police check
- Plan to Protect training (can be completed after hiring)

This will be a paid internship running from May 2026 through the end of August 2026. Hours: 35 hours per week.
