Overview
HERE YOUTH WORSHIP COORDINATOR
This role provides leadership, mentoring, and spiritual support for the Here Youth
Worship Ministry, helping students grow musically, spiritually, and as leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee worship ministry for weekly Wednesday youth nights
Mentor and disciple student worship leaders
Plan and communicate weekly worship sets and schedules
Support tech, sound, and worship needs for youth events
Lead regular mentoring meetings with student worship leaders
Organize monthly or bi-monthly worship team gatherings
TIME COMMITMENT
15+ hours per week
Wednesday evenings (5–10 PM)
Weekly worship planning
Weekly planning meetings with team (2–3 hours)
Mentoring meetings with students
Monthly practices and leader meetings
IDEAL CANDIDATE
A vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ
A heart for students and discipleship
Musical ability and leadership experience
Experience serving on a worship team (youth ministry experience is an asset)
Eligible for internship or practicum credit

These Youth Coordinator roles are designed to disciple emerging leaders, invite them into
real ministry responsibility, and walk alongside students within the ongoing rhythm of
Wednesday youth nights and special events throughout the year.
