Youth Pastor

Overview

Crossway Elm Creek is looking for a full-time Youth Pastor who has a dedicated faith in Jesus, is highly relational, and has strong organizational, teaching and leadership skills to work with our staff and volunteers.

We are a rural Manitoba church of about two hundred and a member of Mennonite Brethren Church of Manitoba. We have two full-time pastoral staff (this position included), a part-time Worship Coordinator, and two support staff (office admin and custodian). Our church family spans all generations with many young families present. We have a vibrant student ministry with a grade 9-12 group and a grade 6-8 group of about thirty students each. We are located 45 minutes southwest of Winnipeg.

The Youth Pastor works closely with church leadership and volunteers to disciple the students of Crossway Elm Creek and surrounding area and nurture a culture that results in young people on mission. Plan and implement a strategy that faithfully reflects Crossway’s mission and vision.
