We are a dynamic staff team here at CrossRoads Church in Red Deer, Alberta. We are currently seeking an individual to join our team in the role of Senior High Youth Pastor. The Senior High Youth Pastor will lead and develop a dedicated team of youth leaders, fostering a ministry marked by energy, connection, laughter, and meaningful memories. They will champion both spiritual growth and an outward-focused faith, helping students follow Jesus in everyday life.
