The City of Calgary is more than a workplace—it’s a community where you can gain meaningful experience, develop your skills, and make a real impact. With a wide range of programs and services, we offer opportunities in areas like recreation, parks, transit, water services, and more.

Whether you’re helping run summer camps, maintaining beautiful green spaces, supporting public transit, or contributing to essential city services, you’ll be part of a team that keeps Calgary moving and thriving.

These roles provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to build a strong foundation for your future—all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
