Do you feel called to contribute to the building of Christ’s Kingdom work through the execution of the Vision and Mission of Christian Credit Union? Are you interested in expanding your relationship-building skills, learning about banking, and understanding what makes Christian Credit Union different?

Christian Credit Union is seeking a dynamic, people-oriented individual to join us as a  Student Summer Intern, commencing May 2026 for a 4 month period.  

What are some key responsibilities?  

• Engages in conversations with members to identify opportunities to promote credit union products and solutions, making referrals to appropriate staff members.
• Increases usage of products and services by recommending Member Cards, insurance products, safety deposit boxes and account type selection to meet member needs.
• Responds to in-person, telephone and email member inquiries.
• Processes cash and cheques for deposit, cashes cheques and performs withdrawals within discretionary limits after verifying for authenticity.
• Processes transactions as requested by members including foreign exchange, money orders, transfers, utility payments, loan payments and credit card advances.
• Exhibits a high commitment to member relationships by promoting the concept of relationship banking, developing an affiliation with individual members and his/her business relationship with the credit union.
• Enthusiastically participates in campaigns, specific marketing initiatives and/or promotions for new products and services that promote sales and growth in key target areas.
• Portrays a strong sense of teamwork and establishes relationships with other staff by displaying a willingness to assist others and contribute to team goals by offering ideas and suggestions in a positive manner.

The Compensation 

A competitive salary range of $20-$21 per hour commensurate with experience.
