Young Adults Pastor
Position Type: Permanent full-time (40 hrs/week)

The Young Adults Pastor provides spiritual and pastoral leadership to the Young Adults Ministry at our West Campus, while helping shape Young Adults strategy across Beulah’s campuses. You’ll shepherd young adults, invest in leaders, and help create clear next steps for young people to Gather, Grow, Give, and Go together.
Role responsibilities:
- Pastor and shepherd young adults at West Campus.
- Develop and coach volunteers and leaders, including those sensing a call to ministry.
- Help shape and implement Young Adults strategy across campuses.
- Strategically create engaging environments, gatherings, and events.
- Ensure healthy transitions from Youth to Young Adults.
- Recruit, empower, and release a team of lay leaders passionate about reaching Young Adults and seeing them grow as maturing disciple-makers of Jesus, reaching their friends and communities.
- Serve as the primary pastoral contact for Young Adults at West by living relationally with the Young Adult community.
- Contribute to Beulah’s broader pastoral leadership and spiritual health and seeing disciples and disciple-makers formed who Gather, Grow, Give, and Go Together.

- Proven ability to recruit, equip, and mobilize volunteers and strong communication skills.
- Gifted in team building and leadership development.
- Experience leading small groups and teaching larger gatherings.
- Demonstrated project leadership and implementation skills.
- Minimum two-year diploma from a recognized biblical institution (Theology, Biblical Studies, Missiology, or Christian Ministry), or 5+ years of demonstrated disciple-making leadership with spiritual maturity and theological fluency.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada before being hired.
- Eligible for licensing with the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination in Canada.
- Aligned with The Alliance Canada’s statement of faith and Call to Excellence.
