Overview
Athletes in Action Campus Staff (Field Staff). Is your heart burdened for university athletes? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to fellow athletes on campus? Perhaps you do that already unofficially….but how about full time as a missionary? We are looking for someone who longs to see varsity athletes discover Jesus. To nurture their faith, to strengthen and encourage them in seeking the Lord, developing their unique potential and putting their faith into action as they impact the world.
Primary Objectives for Campus Staff
1. Share the gospel with not yet believers and disciple to deeper maturity those who know Jesus already.
2. Equip student to become leaders on their team and to boldly share their faith
3. Network and build relationships with key influencers on campus in order to open doors with different teams
This position requires Ministry Partner Development. The successful candidate will have the privilege of building a partnership team which provides financial and prayer support for salary and the ministry expenses. For more detailed information email info@athletesinaction.ca
